About Heidi Long (Facts&History) In June 2001, Heidi Long graduated from the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague, with a specialisation in textile and fashion design. After finishing her studies, she exhibited at various locations within the Netherlands. In January 2005 HEIDI LONG was founded. Her first collection was sold at several shops as well as to individuals. Since January 2009 HEIDI LONG is also available national and international. The work of Heidi Long can be described as follow: “I see myself as an artist who explores the painted or drawn mark by stitching and constructing textiles in to a design”.
