Shipping cost
The Netherlands: 10 euro
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, Sweden: 15 euro
Finland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland: 20 euro
Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal: 35 euro
Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Unites States, South Africa and all other countries: 25 euro

Delivery time
Most items will be made especially for you which takes approximately 1 week. Shipping within Europe, Northern America and Australia will take another week. Shipping to the rest of the world can take up to two weeks. You can check status of your order whenever you want and we will inform you by email when the product is send to you and provide you with a track and trace number.

Insurance
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Taxes and duties
All prices include 19% Dutch VAT that only apply to customers from the European Union. There are no additional taxes or duties for delivery within the European Union. For countries outside the EU we follow local regulations. 19% VAT will be deducted for orders outside the European Union, but instead the customer will be charged for duties and tax in the destination country. ModeInHolland is not responsible for any foreign customs or duties that may be applied after shipment. Please check with your local customs agent before ordering. If you decide to refuse any shipments from ModeInHolland, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
